I just wondered if I was the only one who caught the Duran Duran reference on the latest episode of the Hawaii 5-o tv show on monday night?

 

It was kinda cute....the main characters were eating breakfast, and one of hem showed up late on roller blades, the Dano character joked that she was back in the 1980's with the roller blades and asked the McGarret character if he had the Duran Duran cassettes in the car for her...and they all kinda laughed and she said she was 'hungry like the wolf' and sat down with them.

 

 

I was just so excited to hear the band and the song mentioned on a current show, even if it was part of a 'back in the 80's joke.

And now, I see flipping channels that 'Girls (and boys) on film' is the name of this week's Episode of Glee...I can't force myself to watch that crap to see if there is any other DD ref. in the show but ya know, I took note of the episode's title. LOL

I'm DVRing that crap, so I'll let you know. They already did HLTW and Rio on another episode-

Y'll should wathc Hawaii 5-0 tho, the guys are all soooooo hot, even when they aren't cracking Duran Duran Jokes.
